Full Service Plan Offering

Client: A retirement services provider with a TPA client base.

A retirement services provider with a TPA client base needed to make business and system changes to enter the world of Full Service plans offerings. The client uses OmniPlus software.

  • Implement business and systems changes to accommodate new sales in Full Service plan offerings.
  • Add functionality such as Vesting, Forfeiture, Auto Enrollment & Installment processing to their existing capabilities.
  • Not impact current TPA client base by changes made to OmniPlus for Full Service offerings.
  • Create Full Service model plans and regression test existing functionality, including TPA plan specific processing.
  • Provide troubleshooting in other areas of the project. Document changes and create procedures for new processing.
  • Work with client’s project management team to ensure all deadlines were met and any additional area’s needing assistance were covered.

Enterprise Iron worked with the client’s business and technical staff on various aspects of this project. With an expertise in Omni’s suite of products, implementing the new processing without interrupting existing processing was carefully planned out and tested with newly created test data. Working onsite, the changes were made in a development environment and then migrated to the production region without incident.

The client reached their deadline prepared to sell Full Service plan offerings.
