Professional Services Project Manager – NY, Charlotte, Washington DC

Responsibilities

• Understands Customer Goals and Objectives and aligns them with Marin’s objectives
• Acts as liaison to the Customer, participating in the translation of business goals and objectives to project plans and requirements.
• Acts as the primary customer interface during onboarding – works with the customer to ensure they complete their tasks on time
• Manages Customer and sets appropriate expectations related to onboarding process, methodology and timeline
• Manages relationships at all levels of the customer ranging from search marketers to senior executives

Responsibilities

Adopt QA methodologies and take pride in product ownership, resulting in quality release - all the while maintaining a fast, iterative pace. In addition you will develop automation UI test scripts. This position will require some development using Java. You will maintain, execute and produce reports for existing and future automation suites. All testing during major release cycles will be done manually.

Partners with pre-sales to sell Professional Services products and services by understanding the customer's business and technology requirements and creating a compelling business solution that meets their needs.

• Meets or exceeds assigned revenue and target metric objectives within the assigned territory.
• Generates new advanced solution sales opportunities by taking the lead in organizing customer workshops, vendor shows, symposiums, etc. to promote Professional Services offerings.
• Partners with Area sales management to promote Professional Services strategy and manage the product portfolio.
