John P. Polito
President and CEO
John Polito, co-founder of Enterprise Iron offers business and system solution services to the financial and retirement industries providing knowledge and support to corporations competing in both domestic and global markets. Enterprise Iron helps clients determine critical paths and cost efficiencies, provides operational and account support, manages compliance regulation requirements, and coordinates system enhancements and technical development services. "We strive to be a sentinel in the financial and retirement industry, providing services to firms we trust with our money by ensuring their operation policies are in compliance, technology is cutting edge, and products and services are accurate, enabling individuals to make knowledgeable and confident decisions when investing their money."
John began his career 25 years ago at Morgan Stanley where he specialized in management and technology consulting. For years he experienced corporations giving their IT Departments full reign to invest in the latest software and system platforms with hopes of gaining a competitive edge and increasing profits. "It became clear that while companies were investing in the latest technology, they were not experiencing the desired outcome since adding software and technology was just part of the equation." John understood that in order to gain a competitive edge, you first needed to define your business strategy, structure your end-to-end business management and truly understand your products and services in order to differentiate yourself from the competitor - knowing this was the other half of the equation, John started Enterprise Iron.
Over the years, John’s ability to understand the changing industry and predict the needs of the market gave him the insight needed to hire key people who are experts in their field and began building consulting services that would allow financial and retirement firms to meet their goals.
John lives in New Jersey with his family and is a graduate of Rutgers University of New Jersey. He holds certifications with Cannon Financial Institute, the Institute of Certified Bankers, the Project Management Institute, and serves on the board of directors of several offshore corporations.
